GreenChild Creations Review & #Giveaway
I admire soap makers. As a conditioner and lotion crafter I know the time and love needed to make a wonderful product. My recent quest is to test various soap bars that I would recommend to family and friends. My first review was on goat's milk soap. Sometimes you have to step out of the box. This review is on Vegan natural soap by GreenChild Creations. Anne and I exchanged emails about our love for creating our own products. We use similar products for moisturizing our skin like coconut oil and natural scents from essential oils.
Disclosure: This website often reviews products and receives compensation from the retailers of the products it reviews.
Ingredients: Saponified oils of safflower, palm kernel, coconut, castor; cornmeal; sweet orange, tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, and lemongrass essential oils.
I find citrus smells are so uplifting and energizing. Hand washing dishes can be a tedious task and drying to the hands. Citrus Scrub cold process soap makes a tedious task enjoyable while moisturizing your hands. It is safe to use on your skin, dishes and counter top. To use wet your hands under warm water and rub the soap on your hands. Little goes a long way. The oils are thick and coat nicely with a small amount. Your hands will feel smooth after you rinse.
Cornmeal is added for extra gentle scrubbing which makes it great for stained counter tops. Just look how shiny our bathroom facet looks.
Anne has been making natural cold process soaps, natural lotions, and crafty items for several years now. She opened her shop around the time her son began having seizures. In 2010 she figured out the triggers and started her sturdy OS fitted diaper design. You can visit her shop on Etsy.
Enter to win a citrus scrub bar on the rafflecopter below. First entry is mandatory. Take a look at Anne's Etsy page and let me know what else you would like to try. Starts 2/9 12:00am. Open to US 18+ Ends March 3rd, 2013
