It seems as though my Cholesterol just keeps climbing. It's time for a stricter diet. Meet my new lunch buddy!
- Mixed green salad with spinach
- Drained and rinsed Chickpeas
- Diced Red Bell Peppers
- Sliced Almonds
- Feta Cheese
- Few Raisins
- Honey
- Garlic Powder
Chickpeas have their own mild taste alone but blends with other food in the dish. Seasoning is the key! If you don't like garlic, pick another spice.
