WW-Smooth & Comfy

Once again I ponder what will I post this week for Word(less) Wednesday. As I sit here pondering I noticed how smooth and acne free my skin is this week. I am really enjoying the effects of the raw honey wash. I also noticed I completely forgot I had on a headband. I have super thick curly hair and that still isn't enough cushion for those plastic bands. I am a Lilla Rose Consultant and won't promote a product that I haven't tested myself. Today I picked Enchanting Medley head band. The band stretches and is adjustable. Talk about comfortable!

I recently received the THERA°PEARL Neck Wrap to review & it has exceeded my expectations of a hot/cold pack. Poor posture while on the computer is the cause of my tension. This neck wrap drapes perfectly over the shoulders without sliding, while evenly distributing the heat. I much preferred heating the pack for my tense neck muscles. Pearl Technology conveniently holds its temperature for the doctor recommended time of 20 minute. My mother used it chilled for her arthritic pain. We were pleasantly surprised the flexibility of the wrap when chilled due to their pockets of ornamental trademark pearl like appearance.

 

HEAT THERAPY - Microwave for time indicated below and test pack temperature. Heat for additional 5 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached.

• 700 Watt Microwave: 60 seconds
• 1000 Watt Microwave: 50 seconds
• 1250 Watt Microwave: 40 seconds

COLD THERAPY - Freeze for at least 2 hours.
