We have been trying our best to eat healthier. One of the ways we do this including more fiber in our diet with flaxseed and chia seeds. I even put them in my muffins. My son loves them and *ahem* thinks it's chocolate. I also use coconut oil instead of canola or vegetable oil. Almonds are also great for you.
